Infrastructure of the Vidyalaya

The Vidyalaya is well equipped with all kinds of infrastructural facilities required to meet the needs and necessities of the inspired learners. Class I and II has six sections and classes from III to X have five sections each, class XI and XII have Science and Commerce stream making a total of 61 class rooms. The class rooms for standard I has been made appealing for the toddlers with educative drawings, where as all the other class rooms are decked with inspiring Quotations, Sketches, Maps, Display Boards etc. All the class rooms are very spacious with good ventilation. The furniture for the students also match their age and physical growth.

A wonderful assembly ground with a big stage for Morning Prayer and daily activities add glamour to the school.

To ensure the learning of practical skills of Science there is a separate Junior Science lab for classes VI to VIII.

Secondary and Senior Secondary classes – IX to XII have exclusive labs for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science / Informatics Practices with full fledged facilities.

To create Computer Literacy we have four Computer labs with 125 computers with Broadband connection for students and staff to browse the Internet and collect additional information related to their subjects.

In addition, the Vidyalaya has SUPW laboratory equipped with Sewing Machines, showcasing the vocational skills, facilitating studies regarding Electrical Appliances, Needle work and Jewellery Designing.

We also have a well equipped Pottery room, Dance and Music room, Art and Drawing room with computer, scanner and printer.

To inculcate good reading habits there is a big library with excellent reference books, subject wise books for all standards, classical tales and inspiring story books.

A Herbal Garden with a wide variety of medicinal plants is an additional attraction to the natural bounty around the Vidyalaya.

For all round development this Vidyalaya has a spacious play Ground, Volley ball court, Badminton court, Kho-Kho ground and tracks to develop athletic skills. The sports room is well equipped with indoor games like Carrom, Chess, Table Tennis. We also have SEE-Saw, Swings, Merry-Go-Round for the Primary children. An adventure corner equipped for activities like Rope Climbing, Burma Bridge, Slithering and Monkey Crawling is set up in the School campus to make the children adventurous.

Beautiful gardens at different points of the school building, orderly placement of arrays of decorative plants, inspiring quotation on the walls, beautiful Drawings and Paintings, Photographs displaying school programmes and student achievement enhances the appeal of the school building.
